How Data Gets In
Configure what to collect, how often to observe it, and how long to retain it. We support both push and pull-based monitoring.
Push-Based
The device sends data to our servers. Our infrastructure inspects, validates and registers the telemetry data automatically.
Pull-Based
Our servers initiate requests to your endpoints. Perfect for health checks, pinging, port scanning, IP monitoring and health endpoint verification.
Combined
Use both approaches. Generally health checks are pull-based and telemetry is push-based. For devices lacking native support, bridging software connects them to our infrastructure.
Bridging Software
When a device doesn't support push or pull monitoring natively, our bridging software can be deployed including on industrial bridging units connecting PLCs and other sensitive systems. This supports defence-in-depth approaches required in critical infrastructure environments.

Configure
Create, modify and share configuration templates. Define what to collect, how to save, what to inspect, which alarms to set and how to alert. Templates live on memory databases and in-memory on processing servers. Apply them in bulk across groups, devices and endpoints.
Control
Manage multiple organisations from one login and switch between them with ease. Add members, set up access control, or integrate Távlink entirely with your own system through the RESTful API. User management is handled via our proprietary Identity Provider.
Engineering Excellence
